Let them run and eat cake

GOOD!  I ate well yesterday and got some good calorie burning in.  On to day 2.  So far I have had my cup of decaf with vanilla creamer (got it at Speedway so no fat free creamer) and 1 packet of less sugar oatmeal. For lunch I have brought a lean cuisine four cheese pizza ( I only plan on eating half) and some baked cheetos. I also have some strawberries for a snack.

My goal for exercise is at least 30 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minute strength DVD.  I may throw in some yoga as well.  Have a great day everyone!!!
