Things are going pretty well.  Yesterday I ended up doing a 5 mile run/walk.  I ran 3.70 of it.  Not all at once mind you.  I will be glad when I can run some real distance again.  I was well with in my calories yesterday and today looks to be good as well.

Tonight I will be doing an hour of strength training or yoga.  Not sure yet which DVD I will use.  Have a great middle of the week!
