Today’s challenge is a training session at 7.  I will be doing weights and abs.  I am nervous yet excited about it.  I seriously lack in this aspect of working out so this is a good thing for me.  I have been trying to keep my calorie intake around 1700.  Monday it was 1726 and Tuesday was 1526.  I don’t know what my resting metabolic calorie burn is but during my workouts I burned 425 on Monday and 290 on Tuesday.  I just want to do well tonight.  Wish me luck.
