Let them run and eat cake

Good morning friends.  Last night I ran 5.25 mile at 12:36/mile pace.  It was an improvement over the last time I ran this route so that makes me happy. Tonight I have another session with my personal trainer.  Hopefully I can walk tomorrow! I’m kinda bummed that my sessions will soon be over and I can’t afford to buy more.  At least I have learned some stuff!

Good morning everyone.  Yesterday I just ended up doing 30 minute interval workout on the Arc Trainer. I needed to get home and make dinner so time was limited.  Tonight will be a run of who knows how many miles and then some abs.  Not to exciting but it’s a workout. Back to work today.  Have a good everyone!

Good morning all!  Sorry I was away over the weekend but I am back. It was a lot of bad eating and no exercising so back to it today.  The plan for the the day is weights and abs.  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

Yesterday I was so sore from my previous workout but I still hit the pavement.  I ran 4.25 miles in 55 minutes.  It used to take me that amount of time to run 5 miles.  I will get back there one of these days.  I feel like my clothes are fitting better.  I think I have lost about 5 pounds in the past 3 weeks.  I’m not a 100% sure of that.  Have a great day and workout everyone!

I need a drink of water. I am thirsty. Last night was a training session with Wade.  It was balance, abs and some hand weights while doing it all. It was a good workout burning about 550 calories.  my arms and glutes hurt more than my abs though.  I used a kettle bell for the fist time and I liked it but the exercise he had me doing with it was hard of course. Next Wednesday will be my next session with him and I think we are going to do some kick boxing!  Tonight is a run.

Yesterday ended up being a rest day.  Sometimes you just need it.  Today is a personal training session.  I hope it goes well. I am sore from all the other workouts I have done the past few days so I am going to guess it’s going to be hard.  Have a great day everyone!

Yesterday I went to the gym and hit the arc trainer for about 20 minutes and then took a yoga class for an hour.  The yoga felt so good.  Nice and stretched out and relaxed.  I love yoga.  Today is a running day.  It should be warmer by the time a run so that will be nice. I can’t find my running pants so running in cold weather in capris not my favorite thing.

I got Emily’s birthday party invitations yesterday.  They are so cute. I order them from Walmart.  I can’t believe she is going to be 2 soon.  Time flies by so fast.  Well have a great day everyone.
